Animal Kingdom

 

 

In January, we went on a trip to Disney World. There are quite a few different places you can go at Disney World. One of the places that we went to is Animal Kingdom. It rained almost the whole day! When we went on the safari, almost every animal was up and walking. It was an amazing experience. One of the best things about all our vacations, is that we get to spend time as a family. We don't go somewhere by ourselves, we've got each other's backs, we push each other to things we never imagined we'd do. 

 

       My mom and dad bought us ponchos because both me and Carson didn't have hoods. Whenever we had the chance, we would hide underneath the tunnels and other things. We were supposed to meet up with our friends, but we only spent half the day there and couldn't meet up. Even though we didn't get to be there the whole day like we planned to, we went on a lot of rides.   

New Year's Eve

New Year's Eve

     This New Year's Eve was awesome! I wish I had some pictures to show you. To start the evening, we went to our friend's house. We were the first ones to get there. Soon a few other people started to arrive. A few people that I know were there and a few other people arrived that I didn't know. Upstairs the grown-ups had some private stuff. Downstairs all the kids watched a movie. First we watched Planes.  I'm not sure what they watched next. I think it was despicable me 2.
    
     Both me and my brother went upstairs because we got bored. Upstairs they had all kinds of  different snacks. they had like five different kinds of chips. They had popcorn, chips, soda, candy, a few different kinds of veggies, and a few other things. Both me and Carson grabbed a plate and got a few different things. Then we sat down with the grow ups. They were playing pictionary and we joined in. After about thirty minutes, everyone had stopped playing the game, they had all started talking again.

     My brother and I went back downstairs. We watched the movie that was on for a few minutes and then a balloon came out of nowhere and hit me in the head. After a few more minutes, another balloon hit me in the head. After a few more minutes, half of the kids were having a war. They threw anything they could find at each other. After about, I don't know, a hour, everyone was out of breath.

     About thirty minutes after war, everyone went outside to see the fireworks. After the fireworks, my mom was exhausted and we went home. That about wraps everything up! Have a good day and read my other posts!
